After falling for a couple of $140 pump out scams, and sending them packing, Yelp got me in touch with Kenny (Metro). Kenny headed right over, that helped me make up for the lost time fooling around with the "Bait and Switch" practice of several Septic Pump Out services. Metro Septic is an honest and affordable company. They came out after hours to check a septic problem that was causing waste to back up in our home. They stayed late to make sure it was corrected and helped clean the mess up. They truly care about the needs and concerns of the customer. We have since used them 2 other times to have plumbing problems corrected in our home. This will be our one and only plumber from now on. Thanks for always being there for us when we need help.

Metro Septic is a great company to do business with in my opinion. From my experience, I feel that they are honest and trustworthy. They do what they say they're gonna do. I especially like the flat rate pricing. -Not bait and switch like so many other companies out there - there was not any surprises. Kasey made my appointment over the phone. Casey + Jesse were the field techs that came out to do the work. And they were all terrific. Casey took the time to explain and educate me about my septic system. Cleaned out both sides 80/20 compartments. Which no other company had done. I get my septic system cleaned out every 3 years and they can expect my repeat business. Thank you Metro Septic.

Metro Septic was absolutely fantastic. They arrived earlier than expected but called first so it was so appreciated! We have used Metro Septic for 10 years and 2 different houses. We have always been pleased with their honesty about the services and the upfront pricing. We've gotten quotes from other companies and once you get them to admit all the "extras", then Metro's prices are very competitive. They've installed risers for us, fixed a pump float switch (rather than replacing the whole pump!), and pumped our systems several times. They even helped us map out our system and find the distribution box and leach lines so we could do some grading in the back yard.

I called Metro Septic because our tub stopped draining and the toilets would not flush. John Lee first gave me an appointment for 2:00 that afternoon. The serviceman, Casey, called me at 11:30 asking if they could come early which, of course, was fine! They took care of our blockage and explained everything very clearly. Luckily, it was not a huge problem. Casey was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, and the price seemed reasonable. I will call them again for sure!

Metro Septic is terrific. They diagnosed my problem quickly (came out the same day I called), recommended the solution and implemented the fix quickly. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are professional. They very neatly cleanup the work site. I highly recommend them if you have any issues in addition to periodic tank cleaning.

These guys were great !! Casey and Paco were my techs and they were very professional and very personable. I learned a lot about my septic system, thanks Casey for letting me ask a million questions =) They did a great job of cleaning up after the job was completed. I watched them on the job from start to finish and was very impressed with them. I have already recommended Metro Septic to my Son and Daughter-In-Law who just bought a house in Dallas, GA. We had an issue with our septic tank and Casey the technician came out and was very helpful and honest with our problems. I had Metro Septic out to pump my tank and Kenny and his assist Paco were very professional. I had several concerns and Kenny took the time to listen and let me tell him or show him what was going on. He took care with the excavator (especially since we recently had very heavy rainfall) not to tear up the yard and all was put back and left as expected. His experience was evident, and I appreciated his professional opinion, and advice. It didnt them long at all, and when the job was completed Kenny took the time to find out how I heard about them, and gave me a envelope containing handy tips and coupons, etc...I would definitely recommend Metro Septic to my friends looking for a reliable septic service provider! I love these guys! Casey and Jesse were my technicians. We had a 2:00-5:00 window. I got home at 1:30 and they were waiting on me. They listened to me explain our problem, described what they thought the problem was and got to work. They were courteous, efficient, neat and, most importantly, they fixed our problem!! They were done and all the equipment was loaded back on the truck by 3:00. We had been working with another company who couldn't seem to fix the problem for 2 1/2 weeks. I needed my septic tank pumped for routine maintenance. My house is 10 years old so this is the second time I had it done. The first time was from another company. They came out, pumped the tank, then spent a lot of time trying to convince me to spend thousands to "fix" my system even though I never had any problems. So this time I tried Metro. First of all, the office answered the phone in a professional manner (unlike the other company) and had me scheduled quickly. They contacted the utilities folks to come out and mark all of the utilities so nothing would be accidentally cut while they did their work. Metro showed up a little later than they said they would, but they called me to tell me they would be running a little late. At first I thought I might not be able to make it home while they did the pump, but in the end I showed up just as they were finishing. The tank was still open. They had indeed completely pumped the septic system and cleaned it well. They noticed that there was a problem with the system (how it had been installed), but they did not try to convince me the system needed to be fixed. He agreed that "I guess if it hasn't been a problem until now, it should be fine". Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better company and I intend to use them if I have any problems or the next time I need the system pumped. Well done! Keep up the great customer service!

Glad to write a review of Metro Septic - which is something I do very rarely. Have used other 'widely advertised' services offering low price (additional charges for additional services disclaimers) but was very impressed by Metro Septic's quoted "all in" price for routine pumping of our tank. Crew called ahead to alert me to their pending arrival, arrived on time and finished work very quickly. They were friendly, professional and left the area clean and neat - and for a price lower than any I have used before. Our entire neighborhood (with a few exceptions) is comprised of houses using septic tanks and I heartily recommend that my neighbors - and anyone reading this review - look at Metro Septic before using any other service.

Metro Septic came out and talked to my husband and I three times (w/o a charge) prior to us choosing to go with this company. We believed in their commitment to do the job with integrity and although there were some delays in completing the project (weather, holiday etc..) they were there until the project was done to our satisfaction. Our water valve was also replaced under our house and after they left... there was some humming and vibration in our pipes. Within two days of our phone call, they were again at our house and fixing the problem. We were impressed with their knowledge, their willingness to answer all our questions and commitment to doing the job right.

Metro Septic came out when I thought I had a major septic problem and it turned out that my drain plug was clogged with gunk. A good rinse with some water and I was back in service. They told me my problem, how to cure it myself in the future and that I shouldn't need a pump out for another two years. Appreciate their honesty! Would recommend them to anyone!

My wife and I have lived in our house for almost 8 years, knowing we had a septic tank... Never had ANY issues. We had additional family move in (4 more people) and, low and behold, 9 months later we started noticing faint sewer smells. We realized we needed to empty our septic tank. I looked through the BBB site to find a good local Septic Pumping company and came across Metro and a few others. Metro had me from the first phone call. Casey (in the office) was VERY kind and helpful. She even had me contact the county to get a drawing of our septic system (gave the phone # and a name too!) I set the appt. for 2 days later. Casey (the tech who did the service) called before arriving (with estimated arrival) and was OVERLY PLEASANT for the entire duration. The tank was over-full. Casey explained the entire process before he started and as he went along. He answered ALL of our questions and concerns and got us "up to speed" on septic systems. Not the ideal way to spend a 28 degree Saturday morning, but we are very, very glad we went with Metro. We would recommend them to ANYONE who asks. To Kenney: Take care of these Caseys.... you've got 2 GREAT employees on your hands!

We are SO GLAD to have found Metro Septic. My phone conversations with the office were courteous and helpful, and our technician Kenney was on time and incredibly knowledgeable. Our septic is an Aerobic/Aeration system...and we have had no less than 3 other companies come out to tell us they know nothing about it beyond what it is. Kenney was able to thoroughly explain each working part, advise us on how to fix the current issue, and give us information for future decisions and maintenance. Additionally, he provided us with a copy of the original inspection for our field lines, helped my husband move our camper to get the pump truck in, and was very patient while I was contacting our home warranty for work order confirmation. In a word, he was AWESOME. I will also note that Metro Septic is one of the only septic companies I have come across with a professional and informational website, a phone number that reached an office rather than an on-site tech, a well-designed logo, and Kenney was dressed neatly and professionally. It may be the poop business...but this stuff matters in ALL business!

We purchased our home earlier this year and a few days ago our toilets wouldn't flush, and when we attempted to flush them water drained into the tub! We definitely were not thinking that it was a septic problem, but after calling endless plumbers around 9 at night, one of them told us to check our septic first. Before we looked for septic companies, we called the previous owner and he informed us that in his entire 13 years of living in his home, that he NEVER cleaned the septic; I think that we found the problem. We searched the internet and came across Metro Septic and they fit us into their schedule for the following day. While they were on they phone, they gave us a very friendly customer service as well as suggestions that we could try to get us through the nigh. The next day, they found the tank almost immediately and they completed the work really quickly. And let me tell you, 13 years of "gunk" is REALLY BAD! Overall, we were very satisfied with their work, we would recommend them for anyone to use, and we will definitely use them again.
